Ohh,my heart, you should keep silence in front of the Lord, and you should
praise him for his everlasting&unchangeable love to be a free gift being
given to us.

When the world says "NO" , the Lord will say "YES".

When others in the world say "NO", the Lord will say "YES".

Even when we say "NO" to ourselves, the Lord will say" NO,you can, because
I can!"

Thank our heavenly father who always lift us up with his words.

Just as Psalms 24:1-2 tells

1 The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it,
    the world,and all who live in it;
2 for he founded it upon the seas
   and established it upon the waters.

Everything in the earth, even the earth itself were founded by the Lord's words,
so of course the lord's words are full of power.

When the Lord tells us that

He can lift us up,
He can strengthen us,
He can help us out of downs,
He can guide us when we do not know the direction,
He is the lamp of our feet, the light of our road,
He is.........

Why not just believe what he tells?

Dear heavenly father, I thank you so much for your promises given to  your beloved
ones in the Holy Bible. You use your words to encourage us, to comfort us, to help
us, to lift us up, to love us.
